Hello everyone. I'm a newbie and planning a new garage - my old one was destroyed last year when a tree fell on it in a storm. So, I decided to expand my 19 x 24 to 24 x 26. I wanted to go larger, but I'm limited by city code (max at 15% of lot size). I had the pad poured last fall and am getting ready to start building.
