Hello all!!
Just now finding this site. Just my luck! Could have used all the advice at many points over the years! I built the house with a 24 X 30 attached garage and set up a decent work area with white laminate KD cabinets and kitchen countertops. 10 years ago, I built a 30 X 48 barn. Engineered steel with steel siding, combination batt and radiant barrier insulation, radiant floor heat, epoxy coated floor, 2-post hoist. I'm very blessed!! Still have plans for some upgrades, but they are a little way down the list right now. It's mainly an automotive hobby shop. Over the years, I've gathered a decent tool collection, as being too broke to hire it out, and too dumb to know I was in over my head made me go BUY the tools to do the job!
