New guy - Need color scheme advice

Hi gang!

New to the site.

I'm detailing the garage in the next feww weeks and was thinking of a paint scheme of gary paint six five feet up from the floor, runs checkerd flag border paper and whit the rest of the way up. I've seen this color scheme b/4 but cannot remember where. Anyone have a similar color scheme with pics?

Also, pro/cons of epoxy flooring vs tile?

you might want to consider a brighter stripe to accent your checkered border...
just my $.02 !!!

Nice set up. I went with medium gray walls, white ceiling, and light grey and red RaceDeck. No stripe yet, but I think I like the idea.

You're prolly not gonna like this suggestion, but why do that checkered flag deal when there are so many other ideas to explore that really would set your place apart.
I'm gonna do something like this on my shopwalls, about 12 ft tall...I think its an old grateful dead sticker.
