I'm in WA state, about to close on a house overlooking Puget Sound. I've been out here about 2.5 years (gave up a 950sqft garage in Atlanta 
) and have been in a condo with a puny one-car garage. The new house has an oversized two (approx, 25x25), so I'm finally back in business! Working on the car in the tiny little condo garage has been hell...
