Hello from Chickamauga Ga. This looks like an awsome forum and I am glad I found it. I looked around some of the posts and this looks like the real deal and you guys seem to know your stuff. A little about myself, I grew up on a dairy that we sold out in 2006 and my dad retired. I did most of the maintanance on everything from equipment to buildings. We had a shop in the end of the equipment shed that was closed on 3 sides and would not fit anything larger than a truck or small tractor. So I did a lot of work on the gravel on cardboard. I allways wanted a nice shop and have been planning one for years looking at other shops and getting ideas. I started on it in 2009 with a pole barn and then along the years asmoney would permit added 18 foot side sheds and then concreted the floor and closed it in. In all it is 48x66 with the center boing 48x30 and 18 foot sides with a loft in the back and under the loft in a work bench and someday office and a tool room off one side. Well I have rambled enough as soon as I can post pics I will. now I have to get back to reading all these posts, should take a while!
