Hello everyone. I've been lurking here for a year or so and have finally decided to bite off on building a new shop. Or I should say my wife has been hounding me to knock the old eye sore down and build a nice one like I've always wanted. What kind of woman is that ! I'm going to keep her for sure ! So maybe you can point me to a thread or two since this has most likely been covered here many times before. I'm looking size wise at a 24' X 36' with 12' - 14' walls. Question, post frame seems the cheapest way to go but I plan on insulating and finishing out the entire thing. So whats the most cost effective approach given that this won't just be a shell ? I live in WA state, Spokane to be exact and would appreciate any advice on where to purchase a package, or any feeback on contractors should I decide to have a portion of the work done, concrete for sure. Post VS Stick etc? Thanks in advance !
