 Hello my name is Steve I admire the shops I see here and really need to get mine back in order ASAP. I have a 32 X 48 barn that I rebuilt into a nice little shop a few years ago. I have been buying tools and rebuilding my beloved Firebirds for years but in the last few years my shop has become an embarrassment. The shop is a mess and I just don’t really know where to start. I own my own business and don’t have a lot of free time so I have been lazy at keeping stuff organized and now I don’t even want anyone to come into the shop. My car is almost finished and I have other project waiting but have vowed not to start the next one until the shop is organized and clean. I will be scouring this site for ideas and tips on how to get my act together. Steve

Hey, every garage started with a hole in the ground,
You just keep working at improving it.
Let see some pics, someone may have some ideas for you.
Personally, if it doesn't get messy once in a while your not using it enough.

Thanks for the great welcome. I have some pictures I just took to post.
The Firebirds are 1) on the lift 1968 2) under the lift 1997 TA
I have semi trailer for storage also with a 1969 firebird that I want to start next...after the shop is better organized.
Keep in mind these pictures are after I spent 8 hours on Sunday hauling junk out and moving parts into the storage trailer.

That's a great space and it looks like you got a great start at getting it less messy.
what's up with the silo? It looks like you could remove the upper sections and make a great hot tub.
