New Guy With A Question About A Parker Vise

Greetings all,

Saw a lot of good information on the site and thought I would join. Came across the attached Parker vise pic on my local CL for $70 and was wondering if anyone can identify the model and if its worth the asking price. I am in the market for a good USA made vise for my shop.

I don't know model but I would offer $60 and be willing to pay $70 for that if it works. If you post this in the Tools section the right experts will see it. Not enough people look here to get you a good answer. Welcome!
