I have just started a 26x26 detached garage intiatially it will be use to work on my curent MGB restoration project.
I have searched this forum, great info by the way, and have a couple of questions on floring.
I like the look and the ease of installation of the VCT tile. We have used it where I work and holds up well to foot and office traffic. My queston is during my restoration project I will be using floor jacks and have the car on jack stands and am not clear if the VCT will hold up? One of the reasons I like the VCT is if a tile gets damaged I can replace....I think??
Once I finish my project, in the not to distant future I hope, say in the summer how well does VCT hold up to hot tires?
Or with it being new would you suggest a epoxy floor for my application?
I'm also concerned about the flooring say after a rain if it gets damp aren't both slippery?
Thanks in advance for any input
Greg
