We are planning on existing miserable CA (except the weather) for AZ, TX or CO, and I'm planning a new shop 40' x 60' and a new home 40' x 40' with a simple truss roof for cost effectiveness.
Anyone here build with ICF? I'm planning on 12' walls for the shop and 3 roll ups on one side and 1 roll up for drive through access. Between eth house and shop id be looking at 100 CY to fill the ICF's if using 8" block
