Here reading threads to get garage ideas. Hoping to build a 40x24 3 car garage. Figured I may as not reinvent the wheel, there are plenty of great ideas here. I hope to only build one garage, so why not make it a good one.
Very beginning stages of planning. Hoping for two stories above two of the bays (need city variance for the 2nd story). Third stall a bit wider with lift, and possibly storage above lift area accessed from second floor. Maybe bathroom upstairs????
Working with the city right now, then to the artichect for a drawing, then to zoning board to see if we can get that second story.
