Hi all, I'm new here and figured I'd say hello. I decided I needed a workshop at home so I had a 30' x 40" built. The builder is gone so I'm wiring it currently.
After that, I have to finish the plumbing, install the heat, insulate and drywall. it.
So after the very hard rain yesterday, the bottom row of blocks are damp an inch or two from the floor. Would you guys use that drylok concrete sealer?
Also, would you guys paint the concrete floor or leave it natural? I don't really want oil stains on the floor if I can help it.
I figure I'll put led ceiling tubes up for lighting.
Thank you for the advice and this great forum.
