Good evening ladies and gentlemen. New to this site as I can't find any useful information anywhere else. Trying to figure out how to vent my detached garage. Appears to be a flat roof. I can see 2 soffits and 2 wall vents up in the attic area. I have no clue the difference between cold and hot roof type. Problem I'm having is the garage area gets very warm during the summer. I can tell in the garage area, there is ridged foam insulation. Looking for advice and guidance to help get the damn heat (and possibly humidity) out of the garage area.
