Sorry if this has been pointed out on another thread, but has anyone else noticed the new HF website? The most notable feature-to me-is that online product reviewing is now possible.

Huh, they must have just changed it in the last day or so? The old site was a PIA to navigate. hopefully this one is more user friendly. I wish you could order repair/spare parts to some of the tools like you can off grizzly's website. I hate calling HF customer service.

Thanks for the link.

Awesome...The reviews should be super helpful. Not only for us consumers, but also as a quality control aspect. (assuming they don't remove negative reviews)

Yikes, you had to re-register. The new website didn't store old login info from the older website. So I re-registered, then I logged in....but it says "Welcome Patty Simmons"!!! And has all of Patty's login info (address box and all).

So they obviously have some bugs to work out.

BTW my name is not Patty....its Mike

Also the wish list doesn't seem to be working yet....keeps recycling back to account info page.

Even with the bugs, it's 1,000% better that the Sears website.

That's OK, "Mike..." whatever you want to be called while you work through your gender identity issues! :p lol!

Seriously though - yes, it's just debuted in the last couple of days. And it was long overdue.

It worked earlier today, though, and I've already placed an order. Hoepfully the order won't be lost during their "scheduled maintenance".

harbor freight opened new store 35 miles from me dont have to catalog order
and pay shipping eny more.

I have 3 within 9 miles from the house. Not sure if that's a good thing or not? Its amazing how all 3 stores are very different. They lock up different things..in those "merchandise cages". :headscrat

The crappiest store has the easiest to deal with store employees. They will even accept double coupons (a sale item coupon + a 20% off coupon).
