Hey guys,
I found the site while browsing through toolbox pictures. I have enjoyed looking at all the nice garages, etc. around here.
I'm just starting my own tool collection. My pops is a professional mechanic who owns his own shop, so I have already had a couple hand-me-downs as well as bought my own tools, so far.
The cars that demand these tools are my 2002 Twin-Turbo Corvette and a recent daily-driver addition, a 2000 Volvo S70. Also, I do side work on friend's cars when I am not too busy in the classroom or lab.
I have a couple pics of my toolbox below. This box has been sitting at my dad's shop for decades. He actually took it on a trade from one of his past employees that owed him money. He was going to throw it out when I told him that I would take it and clean it up. Anyway, this is a somewhat old Snap-On bottom roller and top box with a Matco side box. I had a local body shop friend paint it for me and it turned out to be a great first toolbox.
