New here from Western Kentucky

Joined up to gain some knowledge and new ideas before starting a shop home build. Plan is to do a 48x60x14 post frame with 28x48 living quarters and 32x48 shop/garage. 3bed 2 bath and will probably live in anywhere from 5-10years before building a house.

Attached photos of land and plans. Wife likes the blue with white trim and we plan to do a wrap around overhang/porch on living side.

Any tips and experience stories welcome!! Currently working on quotes and plan to check with Morton’s, Tru-bilt, Keystone, and a few other local builders.
