New Here - Garage Pics -Need help

Hi Guys
I am new here. I finished taping, mudding and priming the garage.
This is what it looks like now.
Need ideas to organize it please

Get as much stuff off the floor as you can. Hang it up, build/buy some racks for the tires, etc. -- Then build a workbench, hang some cabinets and a TV, and pretty soon you'll be like the rest of us; you'll spend most of our free time in the garage -- kinda sad isn't it

I am looking for good cabinets to hang up high along both side walls. Where can I get some nice garage cabinets? Or should I just buy white kitchen cabinets? I am afraid kitchen cabinets might be a bit too heavy

Do a search on cabinets and you'll find a slew of options. There are a lot of creative guys on this board and they have used some very imginative thinking as far as garage cabinet storage is concerned.

I myself use old kitchen cabinets -- got them for free, and they fit nicely in the garage. I wouldn't worry about metal cabinets being too heavy. Many here have hung them on standard 2x4 stud walls. They paint up well and can be made to look like the more expensive professional storage solutions.

I have a pile of old metal kitchen cabinets in my garage all picked up on craigslist free only cost I have into them is cleanup sanding and paint . I still have several to clean sand and paint . I am quite happy with them and as long as you mount them to the studs they are not going anywhere .
