All auto parts stores sell scanners. ebay, amazon, some hardware stores (sears, farm n fleet) heck even walmart has some.

As far as who carries innova...oreilly does. c-man ones look an awful lot like them in different colors and silkscreen logos, I don't remember what brand autozone or advance carry.

I believe autozone carries Actron and I am not sure about advanced solo time for the bashing on my 3rd post lol I have a coupon for harbor freights top of the line scanner for 84.99 pn is 60694 cen-tech brand anyone ever use one

o'reilly sells the innova scanners but the prices are off the wall. a few innova scanners have been rebadged as craftsman and you can get them for way less money that way (i got the craftsman 20890 which i believe == innova 3130 and it works great). if you want the best price look on amazon for new or ebay for used. but i agree they are much nicer than a lot of the low end truck brand scanners and don't cost a whole lot more.

edit: if you're really trying to hit tht $80-100 price point go for a new cman 87702 or pick up a 20890 from ebay, you should be able to find for that price, no problem. either one is a lot nicer than anything you'd get from HF et al.
