i just found this forum the other day and have been reading all the old threads.i have alot of catching up to do. my question is this im looking into buying a house and it has a lift installed in one of the garages, but all i have is this picture of it. i was wondering if anyone out thier might be able to identify this type of lift.

Look around for any identifying labels, model numbers, etc. You also might want to post a pic of the hydraulics, and\or lift arms etc. Some of that might indicate what brand.

im currently out of the country and am unable to do things myself. i got this picture from the realtor listing. the inspection is next Thursday. i was just wondering if someone would see it and be like yeah i have the same one kind of thing.

there not using it as a big selling point its just one of the things that come with the house. i would still buy the house even if it didnt have the lift, its just the icing on the cake.

Sometimes I prefer to customize everything myself. That way I can put in just what I want, or where I want or whatever. For example I would kinda hate to tear out cabinets in a kitchen that were in good shape, just because I didn't care for them. But if they are old and falling apart...great replace em.
