hey there guys, new to posting here but have been a "lurker" for a few years. I've been looking at different garages on here, all I can say is "wow", I thought my garage is clean and nice....I practically have a dog house compared to most of you:(

I've been thinking of building an additional garage, 28x32 on a 12/12 roof with an upstairs, just wandering if you all had any suggestions? thanks:3gears:

put the ucoat it flooring in my garage last year, and we upgraded our kitchen cabinets to some custom made ones, and I put our old ones in my garage lol

BigArms: nice looking garage and not all of us have the very organized over tooled huge shops so don't feel alone. might i suggest if you do build a detached garage that you check to see what size lift you'll buy before picking the ceiling height if you are going to buy one. I've seen more than one member wish they had built there height a minimum of 12.2 foot so their new lift would fit or be used to it's full capacity.

another thing if you ask how big should i build a garage the majority will say as big as you can afford or the city/county will allow.

welcome and have fun posting now that you can because you are a member. any questions on how to use the forum just ask here and we'll try to help if we can or go to threads talking about it and find your answers or ask questions there which might work best.

BA: nice looking Camaro and one of my favorite years of them. is the loft for storage, man cave or maybe a guest area with a kitchen? sometimes an exterior stairway takes less space out of the shop below and nice if stairs are covered.

lots of ideas here if you do a little more reading and ask questions or provide more details and maybe we can provide a link to a thread or give more ideas.

cheers
