I have been lurking for a while and have been handed some grest ideas. Here is my project in progress.
I poured and finished the slab.
My wife, 3 friends raised the walls.

The finished shell 24x50 32 ft is garage space 18ft is "the boy's room" I am the only man in the house
The boy's room has a cathedreal ceiling
Heating solution for both rooms. I used a zone system to heat the garage, the boy's room, and the upstairs which is a 891 sq fott master suite.
