Just like it says, we got a new home. I didn't realize how small the garage was when we toured it bc it was full of the owner's ****. There are maybe 6" of space from car space to studs on both sides. I can't fathom all my shop and brewing equipment fitting in there like that. On the side of the house is a gravel spot (like RV parking). I've been briefly thinking that essentially adding a lean-to shed to this side, then knocking out the garage wall to merge spaces will give me some extra space, maybe 150 sf. This way I don't have to touch the roof or framing of the garage as it is, except for making that big hole

Or the other thought was extending it out towards the street since it's a decently long driveway. But that requires more roofing, framing, etc than a basic shed I imagine.
