How much did the 8 Ft. level cost, I've never seen one that long?

As I said earlier, I've never seen any levels over 6 Ft. , although one of mine is a litle over an inch and a half longer.

I didn't purchase my doors from the building company, just the "framed openings". I asked the crew chief if they would install my doors for a little cash. He declined. Usually, they frame and trim out the openings and after they leave you're left dealing with whatever gaps, fitment problems they created. As they framed each of my door openings I jumped in and started installing my doors. They complained that I was holding them up, I told them to take a lunch break. Got my three doors installed. 
Dang John, I’m looking at the screw spacing and it finally looks like you might have run across some guys that actually know their trade. Everything looks great, nice and straight and no footprints walking up the side of the building. Damn shame they wouldn’t play ball with the doors but it might be in conflict with their contract too.
Hope this question isn’t a thorn. I thought you were going to do a Z flashing detail at the plate and slab edge. I know you raised it intentionally to mitigate water intrusion but thought you brought this up before. Just wondering

They're snapping chalk lines for their screws. They did end up squaring and plumbing everything up.
Boss wanted me to set door jambs flush with framing so he could install J trim over face of jambs. I installed them to flush out with J trim since my two single doors are outswings and J trim would restrict swing. So it was better that I installed them.

I see the rat guard at the bottom edge, but no flashing to direct water running down the wall over the outside edge of the foundation?
Ya that's the gist of what I was trying to get across last night. I know this detail gets discussed in almost every "versatube" type design build here, but I thought it was brought up early on in this thread too.

They finished by about 1:30 yesterday. I asked about the leftover large pieces of siding. They said it goes to the dump. I told them I'd make a pile they could leave behind. I spent the rest of the afternoon cleaning up . Here are a few pics of the building (and my siding reserve).
Garage doors scheduled for Tuesday. Want to be buttoned up ASAP.
