I saw a thread in the snippet on the internet about this forum about the throttle controls on the Honda HRR216PKA lawn mower but can't find it now. Can anyone tell me where it is on the mower? The directions about starting the mower mention that the throttle should be set, but I can't find any other reference to the throttle in the whole 21 page manual. thanks in advance!
