Hey guys, I've been lurking on here for a while admiring all of the incredible builds! I figured it was time that I posted my family's new construction.

Thanks Munich! To clear up some confusion, that is a 25X40 3 car attached to the house, and a 2 car 25X25 on the other side. There will be a 2 post lift in the center bay of the 3 car. The lower level will be an "in-law" suite for my mom's parents, and will be about 3000 finished sq ft. It will have 2 baths, 1 master br, office, kitchen, laundry room, great room, etc. The upper level will be my parent's house ~3800 sq ft. 3 br 3 bath, office, exercise room, laundry room, mud room, kitchen, sun room, great room, dining room, and walk-out covered patio.

Hey guys, small update. Roof is finished and most of the windows are in. Some of the plumbing has been roughed in for the bottom level, and they are going to pour the concrete for the floor sometime this week.

Haven't updated this in quite some time. The project is nearing completion. Lift is in. They decided to add another equipment/hay storage garage behind the 3 car.

Very nice indeed!!!! Love the view. Is the pic with the JD the new hay/equipment storage area? If so, that gives you what....5 garage bays?

Thanks for the feedback guys! I would have better, more detailed pics of the stuff you guys want to see, but I've been working in Montana all summer. I'll try to snap some better ones when I'm home in October.

Kevin54, I hate to admit it, but it's actually 7.5 bays. 3 on the main floor with the lift, 2 on the basement floor for my grandparents, and 2.5 for the hay/equipment storage garage. Kind of overkill, but everything will be filled the minute they move in!

Purpony, It's in southeast PA about 30 miles northwest of Allentown.

Being a lurking member here for quite some time, I'm a bit flabbergasted by some of the builds seen. What is the appx cost of a build like this in the US, including lot to build on?

Sweet looking garage. The whole house is beautiful. I love the color combination you used with the stone. Very Nice.

lundwall: not exactly sure the exact price because my dad has added features such as the external garage and riding ring, as well as hook ups for a future horse barn and a lot of other things that were not included in the original total, but i believe the build including land (16 acres 1/2 wooded 1/2 farmland) is approximately 1.3 mil. keep in mind that the house itself is approximately 7400 sq. ft. of finished space (Not including garage space). And also consider that half that belongs to my 75 yr. old. grandparents.

purpony: Thanks for the complements, where do your parents live? Is it more towards the bluebell area, or closer to quakertown?
