there are 2 fans...one over each bay and they have a variable speed knob. All they way up they are FAST.....blows stuff all around

a little update....got a cabinet for under the stairs which is for all car cleaning / detailing

Picked up a storage shelf at Lowes...need one more

Started to make it mine with some money pit pics

Which part of Mass are you in? The garage looks a LOT bigger than 28x28, off to a great start.

well the garage part is 28x28x16. From the outside it is much bigger with the 28x12 rooms on each floor.

Central Mass

I searched aorund (not enough I guess) and ended up using Car Guys Flooring. Its a 2 part epoxy (non water based). I spent about $650 and half a day doing it with a buddy. Thought we followed the directions pretty well but the floor started to crack and peel in some area's within a few weeks. Should have put the $650 towards a pro doing it.

I'm in Central Mass too, down near the CT border. I spent a lot of time looking before I bought my house. The realtor didn't quite understand what I was looking for until I told her that I wanted a garage...and if it came with a house, that would be good too.

a little update….havent really changed much in the garage this year but bought this last week and installed it with a few friends. Will go over the final checks tomorrow and start putting it to use!
