New House, need DIY advice for flooring

Purchased a brand new house with a brand new cement floor. I want to do a durable epoxy style floor that will hold up to vehicles being parked on it as well as when I use it for work space to including basic wrenching, metal grinding and welding.I first found Rustoleam rock solid epoxy but after reading many reviews it is very cheap and chips. I came across Nohr-s which seemed perfect for me, was trying to find out if this was my best option. Trying to stay below the 800 dollar range for a 2 car 320 Sq FT garage.

Scotty (Legacy Industrial) would be your best resource on Nohr-S. I would send him a PM. Make sure you discuss the welding with him as coatings do not put up with weld slag.

The welding isnt a big issue, I can always use a welding cloth to protect the floor, mainly looking about the auto repair. I wanna know if I drop tools or parts, it wont damage the floor.
