New House, new garage!

So we recently moved in, but here is the new garage (under construction) . . .

Stats on the new house:

2,050 Sq. Ft
2 Bed/ 2 Bath / 3 Car Garage (3rd car garage on opposite end of the house)
(Titled as a 3 bedroom prior to P.O. remodel)
2.7 acres (riverfront)

Not too much. I aged the wood, and started working on the stained top. It's a low dollar operation, lol.

I have to say you have a beautiful place.

I converted my three bedroom house in Albuquerque to two bedrooms and more space to party. The couple who bought it from me turned it back into a three bunker. I guess they were no fun.
