New house/ RV garage

We finally have a closing date. This company is privately owned and isn't worried about closing before the new year to make the books look good. This is nice to hear because they have not at all been in a hurry to finish each stage and everything is getting the proper attention that it needs. Current status has tile being installed throughout the entire house which is slated for 16 days worth of work to be completed. Landscaping has been submitted for approval and we will be moving in late January 2017.

The 2 car garage is slated for an epoxy floor gray with full chip. We are finishing this garage first to make it nice for the daily's to park in and have a small space for clean storage. The RV garage still has not been laid out and I believe I am going to install an upper mezzanine in the back to have more storage and move equipment out that isn't used daily.

Make doubly sure that the garage concrete is fully cured prior to putting down the epoxy floor coating. The coating experts on the main page can give you guidance if you're unsure.

Awesome thank you for that tip! It was poured in May in Arizona. It went through one heat cycle of this brutal summer. We will preform a moisture test.

Well, we have been smoked with work and getting this place up to shape. The shop is still in need of attention, but now that the yard is finished I swept, vacuumed, and mopped the shop space today today to get started. I threw a bunch of stuff away I had been holding onto for way too long and realized that I may not be able to bring anything else home equipment wise. I need to build a loft in the back and still pour concrete but overall we are both very happy.

We built the pool ourselves and my Mrs. is a graphic designer by day so she designed the backyard and then we hired that out.

**Update.. sold the C-10 too. Sad day but it was time for something new and faster. Who knows what that is..
