New husky Air Tools

Has anybody tried any of the new air tools? I am most interested in the slim right angle die grinder, it is a sharp looking tool.

Tried some Husky air tools a few years back; ***** air like crazy and functions poorly. They may have improved, but I would recommend getting something a little better ..

I think you should be fine if you stick with ingersoll rand; @ $44, I think the (IR 301) Standard Duty Multi-Purpose Air Angle Die Grinder # 301 is hard to beat.

The Husky air tools are made by Campbell Hausfeld. They are OK for what they are, but are not professional-grade and don't pretend to be.

I know these are not IR or CP, I was just wondering if anybody had tried them. I only use my RA die grinders for scotchbrites and such so I am not taxing the heck out of them but they are the most used air tools I have.

The Husky air tools are made by Campbell Hausfeld.

At least some of the Husky air tools are made by Florida Pneumatic.

It would not surprise me if C.H. made compressors for H.D. though.


The only Husky air tool I own is a 3/8" butterfly impact which works fine.
