New in Kentucky

My dad turned me onto this site...I am in the beginning stages of planning a garage...my first garage in fact.

Its looking like the dimensions will be 25x26 and will most likely have a two car door with a man door on the front or side (right front corner)

It will be a slab foundation, wall materials unknown at this time. That's what Im here to hopefully figure out! It may be small for a dream garage, but it will be big enough to build my 67 Pontiac Tempest in! It will also be larger than my house, and no, im not joking!

Ill be paying someone to pour the slab but will be constructing the building myself (along with some friends and tasty adult beverages)

Ok so Ive been measuring the yard and talking to the city and I think ive got it narrowed down.

24x24 12ft ceilings. First four feet of wall will be concrete and then 8ft stick on top of that with prefab trusses. 16x9 roll up door. Man door on side. 5ft roll up door on back of building leading to open storage area behind building. Two post lift on left side of the shop, lots of bench space on the right side with enough floor space to build a frame rack so I can do heavier fabrication work.

Smooth pad with drainage that I will epoxy for looks/durability.
