New / Introductory Message

I joined this group a while back while doing research for my dream garage. My wife and I are now actively involved in the beginnings of my garage's construction. I have so many questions and hope to enlist the experience and knowledge as progress continues. The overall plans we expect to go well, using much of the information I gained here for the basic outline/build.

Recently retired from my work; I look forward to returning to my tools, tinkering and my long ago started restorations. I am ready to actively be involved on this site and exchange information. Thanks for reading.

Kevin: good luck with your garage and another option to starting a thread on your build is to do searches and find other member's threads that have garages about the same size or design you like and ask questions if you have any on their threads.

post up any pictures you care to and more information about yourself if you wish so we can get to know you too.
