Hi all,

I've decided to join up after spending way too much time out of the last couple of weeks looking at serious garages on here:bowdown:

It has inspired me to get a little bit of tidying up done on my own garage.
Speaking of which I'll get some pics up of my space to let you see where I'd like to spend most of my time

My name is Neil and I live in the countryside outside a small town called Portlaoise in mid Ireland.

My main interests are fast rwd cars, racing and drifting the same and classic motorcycles.

Presently my garage plays host to:
Nissan Silvia jdm import which I rebuilt from the ground up to compete in time attack and drift competitions (see the link in my sig for my project thread)

Nissan 200sx (240sx to you guys) which is to be rebuilt with a vq35de from a z

Moto Guzzi v50 mkIII (1981) for classic motorcycle runs

Matchless g11 (1958 afaik) that I've just purchased which needs a full resto

And finally my big old Daf 45 race truck(which won't fit in the garage lol)

Well thanks for looking and I'll get a few more pics up:D

I used to be but lost my status at the hands of the leprechaun high council after loosing my pot of gold in a high stakes poker game to an overweight fast food eating equally stereotyped American. ;-) they took my uniform so now I'm just a short **** with no job!!

not sure to be honest, def not till money improves over here if that'll ever even happen. Might like to give the global gt's a try, I came from rallying when I was younger so I'm more confident racing a car as opposed to the bikes.

I know the way man. It's a pain in the hole but that's what we have to deal with at the moment

Globals look like good fun and probably not mege expensive to get going either

I'd be the same regarding bikes and cars. The reason I don't have a hayaningablade 6000000 is I'd just kill myself off it
Classic bikes are just as fun IMO and speed is enough to get a good buzz but not get into too much trouble lol
