New(ish) Hub Removal Tool... Who makes it?

Hi all,

I saw a post here awhile back (month or two ago) about a hub removal tool by either Lisle or OTC that is different from the usual hub grappler tool that's out. I can't for the life of me find it using the search functionality. Was hoping someone might know wth I'm talking about and link me to it
