New issue - limited edits???

So I just hit a limit to my "edits in a 24 hour period"?? This is a new one... I can't correct misspellings, etc. Now I'm locked out to fixing mistakes?

Seriously, I don't get it. Why????

I find it therapeutically makes me triple check spelling and grammar but is slightly annoying.

Because a while back, some users went back and edited a ton of posts in protest for mod action. This limit's been in place for a while

You can always delete a reply and repost if needed.

Hmmmm....Didn't look through all your old threads one bit. Have hit the edit limit myself a few times working on the long music posts I sometimes do. I recalled the thread from memory, and a 10 second use of the search function is all it took. So, not really fascinating at all.

...EDIT...To calm your nerves a bit, I searched "edit limit" to find the thread. And then found your (rather extensive and detailed) reply within. Sorry to disappoint ya

I used to buy a lot of tin foil myself. The hats were OK but the underwear really started to hurt and be uncomfortable. I went for treatment and got rid of all my conspiracy theories and feel much better now. I came to realise there are not enough smart people to really make a conspiracy work.
