New jack time. Are these products clones?

Like the title says, I'm searching for a new jack. I have a very low clearance car with inset lift points. The previous owner had a Arcan XL2J that worked well but I've found a very similar looking Sunex 6602LP for ~$100 less. Does anyone know if there is an actual difference in these? Links below...

Please provide your definition of the word "clone".

Functionally identical?
Made to the same specification?
Made in the same factory?
Identical except for livery?

They're probably the exact same jack but I like the Arcan with its all black paint scheme better. The two tone paint on the Sunex makes it look cheesy.
