Dan, which size? 16", 20", or 29" high? There's several door options as well.

You're most likely in the range of $300 - $500 depending upon size and what not.

Not sure I completely understand what you're asking. Would you want the riser to have a door on the front of it with a lock? That can be done by stacking cabinets.

The risers are 15" deep and can be stacked or if you want, you can go two deep on a 30" butcher block top.
