Anyone buy them yet? They look bad ***. From what I have been hearing and seeing, MAC is on their way back with new management!

I've heard that too...this past Feb (whenever the Dallas show was) when my guy got back that's what he had told me..that the future was looking good and a lot of "wrongs" were in process of being righted, things being reset and put back on course. From what I've seen, I'd agree...still not like it used to be, but on track no doubt.

I haven't seen my MAC guy in a while...I did order some stuff the other day, if I see him tomorrow I'll see if he's got the new drivers in to fondle.

They look good. It's nice to hear they are maybe getting back to their old standards. I want to be optimistic but will reserve judgment.

Those look like a pretty comfortable handle. Sorry for the ignorant question, but who would be the parent manufacturer if these are Made in the U.S.A.?? Not real familiar with anything associated with MAC

I want some of those **** sk screwdrivers with the massive blue octopus head handles. Just can't justify it right now. Lemme break a couple in an "accident" and I'm there.

Oh yeah. If you mean the red handles on the cover...those don't look so hot. Just saying. Something off with them probably the handle molding. Maybe I'm just being a ****, maybe I'm not.

Those are in the proto catalog. I have not seen them available in the industrial catalogs yet.

I have not found them yet in the proto catalog (still looking) but I did see a few that were made in the USA with "GLOBAL COMPONENTS".

Does that somehow translate that the Mac set is made in the USA with global components? Because after all Mac is trying to do the right thing;)

I like the looks of them, they remind me shape wise of the older cman pro black handle drivers, which I love.

Saw them on the truck last month, they're awesome. i just can't justify buying MORE screwdrivers when it seems like I have 1000 of them already.
