Not garage related per second but handyman home reno.

Just a scant month ago this room was the slightly small-ish middle bed room. Now it's the new laundry room waiting for linoleum.

The best feature is that it is on the main floor. But it also has connections for 2 washers (yes we have 2 washing machines....it's a long story), a 36 inch exterior door ($130 used) to the back yard, a new vertical slider ($30), new exterior lighting, and as soon as the ground thaws a 10x10 deck. The cabinets are also ordered but it may be another month or more before those get installed.

Just a suggestion....move your electric outlets (and they should probably be gfi rated on a dedicated circuit) at least 52 inches up from the floor and install a single lever water cut off valve for each washing machine at a height and location accessible so you can cut your water off when you are finished with the washing machine. My $0.02
