Good afternoon all! Stumbled on this forum going down the rabbit hole of trying to figure out what kind of protective finish I want/can do on my new garage floor. Im one of the unfortunate souls that HAD to buy in this current crazy market in Northern California. I am fortunate that I purchased new construction (albeit a a home that sat for a while). That being said any an all pointers on epoxy vs polyurea and any positive experiences or warnings for the DIY'ers as my budget will be somewhat limited considering... well i just bought a house. Thanks in Advance

So i was curious about that... is a non flaked flooring hard to keep clean? I assume Grey would be the best color for that?
To be specific, is a non-flaked floor harder to keep clean than a flaked floor? No.
Is dust and dirt more noticeable on a non-flaked floor? Typically, yes.

Our Silver Grey is, far and away, our most popular color for all floor styles, solid color and flaked although, with the readily available and economical, high output lighting systems we are seeing our darker grey colors being used more often. The matte finish created by the use of our SpheriTex traction additive in the clear coat (if used) really helps to camouflage dust and dirt.
