New member from Central NJ

Hello everyone, I was recently referred to this forum by a coworker (about a week ago) and have not been able to get anything done since...

I've never joined a forum before because it seemed that most of the people posting replies were very unknowledgeable and generally uninformed. This forum is the exact opposite! Everyone on here seems to be helpful, knowledgeable, and down to earth...

My dad and I built our garage about 10 years ago and it's now packed with to much stuff cars, tools, etc. I have a 65 Dodge Coronet and a 68 Dodge Dart, both in various state of disrepair. I will post some pictures as soon as I get a chance. I'm from central NJ, went to NJIT, and have a degree in mechanical engineering, but I have a terrible office job in NYC. I used to struggle to get through the day, but now that I found Garage Journal, the hours just fly by...

Hello from a kindred spirit! I just made a NJ group for no other reason than I see folks with locations from here but there wasn't a group to identify and subsequently dislike us from . I started out in NY, it's a nice place to spend some, but not all, of your time. Here's hoping for better jobs all around.

Oh, you're near a HF. I'm jealous, All I have is the Middletown Sears if I need something in a hurry.

I feel like we should set up a roadside assistance network. You know, like in case one of us is ever driving somewhere and runs out of beer.

Yea, I'm about a 4 minute drive from the harbor freight on rt 1.
