Probably in the garage when its finished
I guess I ran across the site a while ago I did not post but now that the garage is 90% done, or are they ever really done, I'll post some pics. I'm big on Fords as I was brought up in a home where Ford paid the bills. My dad was a co-owner in a small dealership here in Wis. I've strayed from time to time from the Blue Oval, but since my dad's passing in 1980 we've remained true to the blue. I enjoy all forms of racing and spent many weekends wrenching on our son's Honda CR's at various motocross tracks in Wis. I've been on pit crews, at the local level, and drove the hauler for ASA racer years ago. I have 2 million miles of logged accident free driving and look forward to the day I can be the motorhome in the left lane holding up holiday traffic!

Welcome from another cheesehead (Milwaukee) who is also a loyal Ford owner. The furthest I've strayed is when we bought a Mazda 6 a few years ago, but since Ford owns 40% of Mazda, I didn't feel bad. Like you I was involved in the local short track scene around SE WI for many years. Spent alot of time watching the likes of Mark Martin, Rusty Wallace, **** Trickle and Alan Kulwicki run ASA. I've been around so long I remember Kulwicki as a regular on the weekly dirt short tracks. Unlike you, my garage is yet to be started, planning for a late April, early May ground breaking (or should I say, razing of the old garage?)

Wow, very nice to see someone so close. I too watched all those guys grow up here in Wis. Partied with **** so many times I can't remember. I was a regular at Slinger for years, seeing Alan, ****, Rusty and Matt beat and bang their way around there. Were just north and west of Milwaukee. About 12 miles north of Oconomowoc.

Welcome from yet another Wisconsinite (De Pere). Went to Slinger many times to watch but never raced. I'm not an oval fan....prefer to dress up a little with my bow tie....but got to admit my 1st car was a 57 Fairlane 2dr. :headscrat

Lots of great garages here to "borrow" ideas from and collectively an incredible amount of construction knowledge. Good luck with your projects.

Slinger, the Sunday night tradition! Best local short track around. Still go there once in a while, I've got a friend who still races a late model there. And the parties in the pits afterwards.........
