I have been lurking around here for a year, getting a ton of great advice. Just 'finished' a 40x48x16 pole barn in November, meaning the main structural parts are complete, but I am working on the interior finishing.
I had a company build the major structural pieces in including the barn, concrete pad and loft area. I subbed out gutters and electrical subpanel. Next few months is finishing the rest of the electrical, insulation, drywall, mini split, etc, that I am doing
