Hello everyone. My name is Greg and I'm from Denver, CO. I'm making plans for a garage now which will be built early next year. I'll be using it for modification and storage of my current (and future) vehicles. This is the first garage that I've built, so I'm looking for all the help and suggestions that I can get from all you experienced people.
Anyways, it will be a 3 car garage. I'm planning on 36 feet wide (largest allowed by city regulation) and 24 feet deep. It will have 3 separate bays and I'd like to have a second floor/loft over part of the garage for storage and a place to relax.
