Evening all,
I just registered on the forum after a tip off from a UK hot rod forum. My current garage is a little small, at 9' x 18', so I'm slowly putting plans together to build something a bit bigger in the back yard, maybe 20' x 25'. I shall lurk here for a while getting some ideas together. I'm still torn between blowing my wad on concrete block construction or just using wood, and save some money for my car habit.

We've only been in this house three months, still in chaos, but I've already knocked the back wall out of the garage and put some big doors in ready to get gear into the back yard.

Here's what I have now, with my Morris Eight hogging all the space:

Welcome. Car looks good. See the Route 66 sign, it goes through my city, were planning a "Reliability Run" next year using a number of miles of Route 66 here in Oklahoma.

Sweet little space and great little car! I actually wish that they had more of those little old English cars over here. I'd love a Morris panel van of some sort!

Search out Nimrod's garage thread if you haven't seen it yet - I think that will be right up your alley!

Looks well organised and all in just three months, well done.

BTW nice morrie mate.
It was great to have enough room to open both car doors at the same time, when I first moved in, then I went and fitted those red parts racks, and I'm back to shuffling in and out of the Morrie sideways. DOH! :(
