Hello everybody.

Just found this forum, indirectly, while searching the web for accounts of moving Bridgeport milling machines.

I'm an electrical engineer by trade and amateur machinist and DIY'er, mostly in pursuit of my motorcycling and flying hobbies.

Great site.

FWIW get some 3/4" dia steel bars under the bridgeport, then use a pinch bar to move it a couple inches at a time.

or PM for an address and just unload it at my place....
