Hello all, I came across your web site by accident but after some reading, I knew right away I wanted to be a member. Being a "gear-head" I'm always interested in ways of improving my shop and maintaining my "toys". I'm looking forward to doing a lot of reading on this site and hopefully I can add something as well. If anyone wants to talk airplanes, I'm a certified aircraft mechanic and inspector. I'm restoring a 1945 Aeronca 7AC Champ and will eventually restore a 1956 Mercedes Benz 190SL. I hope everyone has a safe New Years and a healthy and happy 2012.
