New member from NY area

Just want to say hi and pay my respect to this great site.

I am into all that is vintage garage and someday hope to have a great space like some of the other members have.

I am a tool guy from a many generation tool family. Also a car guy who through the years have owned and maintained some nice Detroit steel.

Now I am retired and find myself collecting vintage and antique hand tools of all types.

Mark: when you go to post on other threads it might be helpful if you had your location show up under your 300 GJ handle. just go in your profile and put in a state, city/state or area that gives members an idea where you live in case you have an area specific question. i actually live in Seattle, but since i tend to travel in a 3 to 5 state region i just put Pacific NW.

also while you are in there you can click on Avatar and maybe download a picture of one of your favorite pictures or one of those old muscle cars you mentioned.

welcome to the group and if you like vintage tools and stuff you should find some of my threads and posts and hope to see a few of yours too.
