After years of having having a two car garage on a small lot, late in 2007 we moved into a place with 1.6 acres, a 3 car garage on the house and a detached 3 car garage. With 5 cars and a trailer, the old place was just too small and it was impossible to work on anything unless the other cars were moved out. Now we have lots of room, but it's like a blank canvas. Wiring and lighting needed to be done first, now we're looking into drywall, painting floors and other things to make the space more usable and comfortable.
The forum has been a big help in investigating options for the things we want to do. I've been reading the forums since we moved to get ideas and see what others have done, but just recently became a member.
