Good morning all,
I'm glad I I stumbled across this page while looking for ideas on how to expand my newly acquired 3 car garage. Just bought my house with this garage. It will be the first time I'll have garage big enough to park anything bigger than a Miata and it's still not big enough
. Based on my property lines and the terrain, I'm leaning toward pushing the walls back to accommodate a working space in front of the cars/resto projects and tools I use for my small property management business. I'm already planning to make a storage area above the parking area because there is a lot of space that's currently not useable/used. I'm curious if there is anyone on this site that has done this? Any ideas on cost comparisons between making the building 'deeper' (like a tandem garage) vs wider?
